A cosy restaurant in the industrial style, with the combination of modern and traditional cooking methods. Our goal is to bring new experiences to our guests and to satisfy their tastes each time they visit us. The quality and freshness of the product always comes first, so that our customers get only the finest dining experiences.
From that point we buy fresh ingredients such as meat from many small eco-friendly farms. To prepare our meals we use exclusive ingredients and prepare everything in our kitchen ourselves. Our daily menu consists of a dish of the day made from either fresh fish or seafood.
Guests are welcomed to make reservations for all types of events. They can do this by contacting us by e-mail, phone, in person or alternatively by filling the reservation form on our website.
Our restaurant takes place near by the main railway station and in walking distance from the city centre. There is also a restaurant car park available on site.
It would sound like a cliché, but my cook's journey started already during my childhood. I always enjoyed the time in the kitchen and helped to cook and bake. The choice of the high school was obvious. I worked as a server in several restaurants in Czech Republic and Slovakia. I was 28 when I started to do something what I really love – to cook. As a chef, I literally found myself and I see my future in this job as well.
The excellent taste in connection with the quality and feeling for the detail - it most probably represents our kitchen. We will never be satisfied with the average meal. Food is simply our heartbeat.
