Gourmands ready to get cooking
When I say that I am not a professional chef, people usually just nonsensically shake their heads. During many years of working in several currently successful restaurants, I learned one important thing - that education in this field does not guarantee the success. If a chef loves food and cooking, people can see and feel that on his job and will appreciate it. I have decided this time to put all my knowledges and experiences into my own restaurant, which I think, and I am very pleased that even in your opinion has so far been moving in the right direction.
It would sound like a cliché, but my cook's journey started already during my childhood. I always enjoyed the time in the kitchen and helped to cook and bake. The choice of the high school was obvious. I worked as a server in several restaurants in Czech Republic and Slovakia. I was 28 when I started to do something what I really love – to cook. As a chef, I literally found myself and I see my future in this job as well.
